QuickRewards
Quickrewards is one of my favorite sites for quick, easy income. There is no minimum to cash out via paypal. As with any site I recommend, I HAVE BEEN PAID BY THEM.
How to earn:
1) Paid e-mails. Not very much, only .025 per click, but if you do the offers you can earn money (or tokens).
2) Cash back. This is one of my favorite features. Pick the merchant, and visit it through the QuickRewards network. You get a certain percentage or flat fee back in cash. If you're already shopping, why not get a little of it back.
3) Surveys. They pretty well (not great), and there are a lot of them. I usually get 4-5 each day.
4) Supposedly they pay for printing and using coupons. I've only tried it once and was never credited.
5) Supposedly they also pay a certain % of any amount your referrals make. Again, I've got a list of referrals, but haven't gotten any income from them. When contacted, they said they were updating the site.
6) They also have daily clicks that bring in a small amount.

MyPoints
MyPoints is an easy program and I have been paid by them. I don't know the exact minimum to cash out, but it isn't high. Plus, they offer a ton of gift cards (along with other thing) as rewards. When I ordered mine, I got it in three days flat. Very fast turn-around.

1) Cash back. They have hundreds of merchants (including E-bay!!!) and the "cash-back" rates are excellent. One of my rules of shopping online is to never buy anything without getting cash back (either on MyPoints or Quickrewards).
2) Daily clicks via e-mails. I do these because they really do have some interesting offers come in. Plus, I find out about deals and specials that I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. These points really add up.
3) Supposedly you can earn via other things- such as free samples, surveys, games, etc. I haven't had time to explore these features, but should I find time, I'll let you know if they work like they're supposed to!

This site is free and a great way to "check out" a company or money making idea before you invest any of YOUR time or money. The reviews are compiled from hundreds of people who have actually used the site. They not only show a "grade" for each site/service/offer, but offer specific reviews with good points and bad points. The reviews are unbiased. No one gets paid to promote a site.
